Drive regional sales growth as the Regional Vice President of Sales at Entrata, a leader in AI-driven property management technology. Focus on acquiring new commercial customers and leading sales strategies. Entrata is seeking an experienced Regional Vice President of Sales to join our innovative team. With over 8 years in enterprise technology sales, particularly in multifamily housing, you will leverage your strategic thinking and leadership abilities. This role emphasizes relationship building, team leadership, and executing complex regional sales initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and convert prospective commercial customers into clients
- Lead client presentations and negotiate sales agreements
- Support team members in executing account strategies
- Analyze performance metrics to drive regional initiatives
- Travel for meetings and industry events as required
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 8 years of experience in software sales
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage complex relationships independently
