Le préposé aux services alimentaires sera une STAR pour...
- Veiller à la préparation sécuritaire des ingrédients de nos aliments et boissons y compris mesurer la température
- Aider le chef à créer des repas maison frais et les servir aux consommateurs
- Préparer des ingrédients frais en utilisant les couteaux industriels de manière sécuritaire
- Suivre les politiques et les normes de Dana Hospitality de même que se conformer aux règlements en matière de sécurité au travail et de salubrité des aliments/désinfection
- Gérer les transactions en espèces pour la cafétéria entrer les commandes exactes des clients et recevoir le paiement tout en maintenant la somme désignée dans la caisse et en assurant le suivi adéquat de toutes les transactions

- Ensure the safe preparation of our food and beverage ingredients including measuring temperature
- Helping the chef create fresh home-cooked meals and serve them to consumers
- Prepare Fresh Ingredients Using Industrial Knives Safely
- Follow Dana Hospitalitys policies and standards as well as comply with workplace safety and food safety/disinfection regulations
- Manage cash transactions for the cafeteria enter accurate customer orders and receive payment while maintaining the designated amount at the cash register and ensuring proper tracking of all transactions

- A de lexpérience de travail avec des ingrédients frais et la création de repas maison dans un environnement dynamique
- A la capacité de soulever (10 kg) de tirer et de pousser des charges lourdes et dêtre exposée à des températures extrêmes
- Est capable de communiquer efficacement en français oral et écrit
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
- Has experience working with fresh ingredients and creating home-cooked meals in a fast-paced environment
- Has the ability to lift (10 kg) pull and push heavy loads and be exposed to extreme temperatures
- Is able to communicate effectively in oral and written French
