As part of a highly collaborative team, your responsibilities will include comprehensive assessments, independent diagnosis, and managing patient care efficiently. Help shape innovative care strategies while working in a purpose-built clinical space focusing on geriatric care. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth assessments using advanced knowledge
- Diagnose and oversee the management of patient care
- Implement strategies for health promotion and illness prevention
- Participate in educational and professional development events
- Lead effective healthcare planning within the team
- Master's degree in Nursing (or near completion)
- Registered Nurse (EC) certification essential
- Certification in NP Adult or Primary Care preferred
- Preference for candidates with emergency services experience
- Proven assessment and organizational skills required
