Lead Consultant for Mental Health Services

As the Lead Agency Consultant, you will direct significant mental health planning for children and youth. Vanier Children’s Mental Wellness has been a leader in the sector for over 60 years, providing accessible mental health services. This role demands a commitment to culturally responsive care and collaboration with various stakeholders to enhance the quality of services provided to families.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead planning efforts in child and youth mental health
• Collaborate with systems to improve care delivery
• Drive advocacy initiatives in the community
• Ensure services are culturally appropriate and accessible
• Support staff development through training programs
Requirements:
• Relevant experience in mental health services
• Strong advocacy and leadership abilities
• Knowledge of community health dynamics
• Commitment to cultural competence in service delivery
• Understanding of challenges in children’s mental health
