Kitchen Cabinet Customer Service Representative

Job Responsibility:

We are looking for a Kitchen Cabinet Customer Service Representative know is proficient in Mandrian language for our client located in Woodbridge. Their industry is a leading wholesaler of prefabricated modular kitchen and bath cabinets.

Responsibilities:

· Deliver excellent customer service through various communication channels, such as phone, email, chat, and in-person interactions.

· Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.

· Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively address customer questions and concerns.

· Investigate and resolve customer issues, escalating more complex cases to higher-level support when necessary.

· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

· Collect feedback from customers to enhance our products, services, and customer experience.

· Collaborate with other team members and departments to provide comprehensive solutions to customer issues.

Requirements:

· Customer Service experience is a must with Designer 2020 experience.

· Bilingual: Mandarin & English is a must.

· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

· Knowledge of Oracle NetSuite is a plus.

· Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

· Empathy and patience when dealing with customers.

· Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.

· Willingness to learn and adapt to changing customer needs.

· Positive attitude and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

Location: Vaughan

Working Hours: 8 am to 5 pm (Mon - Fri)

Pay: $40,000 -$45,000 per year

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
