Weekly Housekeeper / Home Organizer

I’m looking for a reliable, organized and proactive person to help me keep my home clean, tidy and well organized on a weekly basis. I live in a 4½ condo with no stairs. My children are not home during the cleaning hours. I’m looking for someone who can take initiative and notice what needs to be done without needing detailed instructions every time. Main responsibilities include:

• Regular cleaning: vacuuming, mopping, dusting, cleaning the bathroom and kitchen, mirrors, etc.
• Keeping the home organized and putting things back in their proper place
• Laundry, including folding and putting clothes away
• Changing bed linens
• Loading/unloading the dishwasher and general kitchen tidying
• Cleaning the inside of appliances when needed
• Maintaining an overall sense of order so that things don’t accumulate from week to week
• Simple meal preparation if time allows (this is not a priority)

The main focus is cleanliness and organization. I’m looking for someone who enjoys creating and maintaining an orderly home and who can work independently once they understand the household. Schedule: Once a week, approximately 3–4 hours Pay: Up to $100 per week Schedule: Flexible – no specific day required Experience: Professional housekeeping experience is welcome, but not required. I’m open to someone who is naturally very organized, responsible and detail-oriented. I’m also planning to get a cat, so being pet-friendly is important. I have a busy schedule and a lot of responsibilities, so I’m really looking for someone who can become a reliable weekly support in keeping the home clean, organized and under control. If you’re interested, please tell me a little about yourself, your availability and any relevant experience.
