Pharmacy Shipping Coordinator
Cencora
Pharmacy Shipping Coordinator role supporting patient and provider services at Cencora's Innomar Strategies. Responsible for packaging, labeling, tracking, and shipping pharmacy orders while maintaining compliance with safety and quality protocols.
Responsibilities
- Package orders using approved materials and checklists; verify contents against documentation
- Scan and update shipments in system of record; maintain traceable logs and tracking fields
- Schedule pickups and coordinate delivery handoffs within turnaround timeframes
- Report discrepancies, damages, and missing information promptly to designated contacts
- Apply privacy, security, safety, and quality protocols in all handling and storage activities
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Less than 2 years pharmacy support, shipping, logistics, or warehousing experience
- Pharmacy technician or logistics/warehouse certification preferred
- Ability to follow approved checklists and standard procedures
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
