Senior Requirements Management Lead at Egis

Elevate your career as the Senior Requirements Management Lead at Egis. This role provides the foundation for managing requirements across the LRT program, integral to project success. In this key role, you will maintain the requirements framework, ensuring traceability from initial concept to operational phases. With a background of 12-18 years in systems engineering, you will ensure compliance with established standards while facilitating efficient communication among project stakeholders. Your leadership will guide teams in verifying that all technical, functional, and operational requirements are comprehensively captured. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop the Requirements Management Plan (RMP)
- Manage the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) effectively
- Lead workshops to capture operational requirements
- Oversee configuration control of requirements
- Monitor compliance and track verification activities
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline
- 12-18 years of experience in requirements management
- Knowledge of V-model lifecycle and systems engineering
- Expertise in using requirements management tools
- Strong documentation and analytical skills
