Spend one week restoring sight alongside an experienced Canadian volunteer team while serving an impoverished community in the Dominican Republic. Work alongside a team of skilled volunteers and return home knowing your expertise changed lives." The Rayjon eyeglass program has served communities in Latin America since 1993, providing patients with an eye examination and a pair of prescription glasses.
Team member will depart from Toronto on November 15 for Puerto Plata, DR and travel by bus to accommodations at seaside hotel at Sosua. The clinic team will travel by bus to a nearby community where the 5-day clinic will be conducted. Returning to Toronto November 22, 2026
