What We Do

Turnkey submetering-as-a-service for developers and property managers. Services include submeter supply, installation, commissioning, reading and reverification, tenant billing

Job Responsibilities

• Develop Windows-based applications, automation scripts and data pipelines
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams Write and maintain robust, efficient, and maintainable code
• Deliver detailed updates and status on tasks within a project
• Author and maintain software documentation
• Learn new technologies and adapt quickly to dynamic environment

Must have skills

• Hands on understanding of Object Oriented Programming (OOP)
• Familiarity with various development tools such as Visual Studio
• Development experience with Microsoft .NET
• Knowledge of at least 1 scripting language such as Python
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-starter and ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team

Nice to have skills

• Knowledge/experience with an agile development cycle
• Front-end development experience
• Experience with developing low-code solutions
• Experience or knowledge of working with databases
