About Your Role

We are seeking a dynamic and relationship-oriented individual to join our team as a Web Content Manager. This role is about more than just creating and managing content—it's about creating a narrative and telling a story that resonates with our audience and drives action. The role also involves maintaining a consistent and engaging online presence, ensuring that our digital content aligns with our brand identity and meets the needs of our target audience.

What You will Be Working on

• Craft engaging content that marries brand strategy with the needs and interests of our audience. Your creativity and insight will drive the management of content across all digital platforms.
• Harness the power of SEO and CMS tools to maximize search rankings, optimize content, and analyze user engagement.
• Work hand in hand with our technical team to maintain site standards and to pioneer new ways to improve user experience.
• Beyond writing, proofreading, and editing content, you will orchestrate an editorial calendar that ensures our audience receives fresh, engaging content on a regular basis.
• Work collaboratively with our marketing and design teams to ensure a consistent brand message across all channels. Your innovative thinking will contribute to the evolution of our brand's voice and identity.
• Engage with various stakeholders, functional heads, subject matter experts, and our legal team to ensure content is accurate, compliant, and communicates our brand message effectively across all platforms.

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
• Proven work experience as a Web Content Manager
• Proficiency with CMS tools and SEO.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video).
