Business Development Manager Private Label

Elevate your career as a Business Development Manager at Leclerc, focusing on Private Label sales. This home-office role requires regular travel to strengthen national accounts and drive growth. In this key position, you will leverage 5 to 10 years of private label sales experience to develop strategic relationships with major Canadian retailers, particularly Loblaw. Your expertise will help identify new business opportunities while collaborating with cross-functional teams to launch innovative products. Additionally, you will analyze market trends and customer performance to create actionable growth strategies. Key Responsibilities:

Build and strengthen relationships with key customer stakeholders
Lead a portfolio of national accounts with tailored business plans
Identify new opportunities within the Private Label market
Negotiate agreements and manage promotional strategies
Analyze market trends to inform growth strategies

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
5 to 10 years in Private Label sales in Canada
Direct experience with Loblaw preferred
Strong account management and negotiation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
