What You'll Be Doing
- Connecting with individuals who have expressed an interest in personal and professional development
- Conducting initial qualification conversations by phone and Zoom
- Using established systems and online tools to manage communications and follow-up activities
- Learning and applying digital marketing and communication strategies
- Participating in ongoing training and development
- Working independently while following a structured process and support framework
What You'll Bring
You will apply your existing professional skills across communication, relationship-building and day-to-day business activities while working within established systems designed to support both your development and your results.
Rather than starting from scratch, you'll bring the experience you've already developed and apply it in a different way within an environment that provides training, proven systems and ongoing support.
About You
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable using online technology and digital platforms
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Interested in ongoing learning and development
- Able to follow systems and processes while taking initiative
