Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients: the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.You will manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, drive ROAS improvements, and own the 90 day and quarterly roadmaps for each client, while maintaining strong relationships with clients across North
