We are seeking a customer-focused Assistant Service Manager to lead our Service Department. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery, managing staff, and driving customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, organizational skills, and a commitment to excellence.
Key responsibilities include managing and supervise service department staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation as well as ensuring exceptional customer service and timely resolution of concerns. You will also oversee daily operations and workflow to maximize efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications include a strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, highly organized with problem-solving skills, as well as managing multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
