Cement Financial Controller Role

Shape the financial future of the cement product line at Amrize North America Inc. as a Financial Controller. This key role involves budgeting, forecasting, and providing strategic financial insights to senior management. As the Financial Controller, you will partner with product line finance directors and operating managers to support robust financial reporting and analysis. Your efforts will drive improvements by identifying key business drivers and supporting operational teams with sound financial guidance. This role emphasizes enhancing financial understanding while implementing best practices for fiscal management. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide financial analysis to senior management
- Assist with monthly forecasting and annual budgeting
- Conduct financial modeling and quantitative analysis
- Prepare monthly journal entries responsibly
- Oversee financial controls and accounting policies
- University degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
- Minimum 5 years of financial management experience
- Professional accounting designation required
- Proficiency in MS Office and SAP
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
