At UHN, you will be a key member of the Musculoskeletal and Geriatric Rehabilitation team, practicing according to professional standards and the UHN Professional Practice Model. This permanent part-time role involves providing excellent patient care, engaging in professional development, and utilizing your critical nursing skills effectively for diverse patient populations. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate patient care in line with nursing standards
- Ensure ethical practice according to Ontario College of Nurses
- Participate in continuous learning and professional development
- Reflect on and improve nursing practice based on evidence
- Undertake additional responsibilities as requested
- Current Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Basic Cardiac Life Support Certification
- Flexible and effective within a patient care team
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills
- Meet the physical demands of the role
