As a Renewal Specialist, you support the renewal execution of customer contracts and subscriptions, partnering with Customer Success Managers, distributors, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate renewals across the portfolio.
You will report to the Team Lead or Regional Manager and may work remotely from anywhere in Canada. Your work will be remote, with some travel to customers sites.
Your Responsibilities
- Support renewal execution across assigned contracts and customer accounts
- Coordinate with distributors to initiate and track renewal proposals
- Ensure renewal documentation is prepared, organized, and communicated effectively
- Track renewal status and provide visibility into renewal progress and outcomes
- Support low-touch and distributor-led contract motions
- Assist Strategic and Regional CSMs with renewal coordination and execution
- Maintain accurate renewal tracking in internal systems
Operating Expectations
- Act as the execution support layer for renewals , not the customer owner
- Own renewals where no CSM is assigned or where support is required
- Collaborate with distributors to ensure proposals are created and delivered
The Essentials - You Will Have
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Legal authorization to work in Canada. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visa, now or in the future, for this job opening.
- The ability to travel 10-20% of the time
The Preferred - You Might Also Have
- 3+ years of experience supporting renewals, contracts, or sales operations
- Experience working with CRM tools (Salesforce, Gainsight)
- Ability to manage multiple workflows and stakeholders
- Work experience in the manufacturing or automation industry

For this role, the total target compensation is from $81,600.00 - $122,400.00CAD Annual of which 80% is base salary and 20% is variable. Actual pay will be based on factors such as skills, knowledge, education, and experience.
This position is part of a job family. Experience will be the determining factor for position level and compensation.

Vos responsabilités
Soutenir l’exécution des renouvellements pour les contrats et comptes clients assignés
Coordonner avec les distributeurs pour initier et suivre les propositions de renouvellement
S’assurer que la documentation de renouvellement est préparée, organisée et communiquée efficacement
Assurer le suivi de l’état des renouvellements et offrir une visibilité sur leur progression et leurs résultats
Soutenir les renouvellements à faible interaction et ceux gérés par les distributeurs
Assister les responsables stratégiques et régionaux du succès client dans la coordination et l’exécution des renouvellements
Maintenir des données de suivi des renouvellements exactes dans les systèmes internes
Attentes opérationnelles
Agir comme soutien à l’exécution des renouvellements, sans être le propriétaire de la relation client
Prendre en charge les renouvellements lorsqu’aucun responsable du succès client n’est assigné ou lorsque du soutien est requis
Collaborer avec les distributeurs afin de s’assurer que les propositions sont créées et livrées
Exigences essentielles
Baccalauréat ou expérience professionnelle pertinente équivalente
Autorisation légale de travailler au Canada. Nous ne parrainerons pas de visa de travail pour ce poste, maintenant ou dans le futur
Capacité à voyager entre 10 % et 20 % du temps
Atouts souhaités
Plus de 3 ans d’expérience en soutien aux renouvellements, aux contrats ou aux opérations de vente
Expérience avec des outils CRM (Salesforce, Gainsight )
Capacité à gérer plusieurs flux de travail et parties prenantes
Expérience dans le secteur de la fabrication ou de l’automatisation

Pour ce poste, la rémunération cible totale annuelle se situe entre 81 600 $ et 122 400 $ CAD, dont 80 % correspond au salaire de base et 20 % à la rémunération variable. La rémunération réelle sera établie en fonction de facteurs tels que les compétences, les connaissances, la formation et l’expérience.
