- Sélectionner des candidats qualifiés au moyen de divers outils de recrutement et de sourçage
- Passer en entrevue et présélectionner des candidats compétents
- Collaborer avec votre directeur de comptes afin de déterminer les comptes principaux, les compétences recherchées et les segments de marché importants
- Créer et entretenir des relations dans le milieu afin d’obtenir des connaissances et de produire des recommandations et des pistes d’affaires potentielles
- Réaliser diverses tâches en lien avec le service à la clientèle
- Donner au suivant en faisant du bénévolat et en établissant des partenariats avec de nombreuses organisations philanthropiques

Aerotek offre un salaire de base de 47 500 $ avec des possibilités de gains illimitées sous forme de commissions après une période de formation salariée de 13 semaines. Après un an de recrutement, votre salaire de base augmente automatiquement à 57 500 $. Voici une liste non exhaustive d’autres avantages :
