Senior Product Manager Driving Healthcare Solutions

Transform physician workflows at Petal as a Senior Product Manager. This role focuses on utilizing AI and data-driven insights to enhance healthcare experiences. As a key player on our Agile team, you will own the product vision for physician-facing tools, translating market insights and customer feedback into high-impact initiatives. Your responsibilities include collaborating with Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure milestones are met and product goals are aligned with market needs. You will also set success metrics to monitor performance effectively. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the product roadmap tied to both physician and business outcomes
- Prioritize features and enhancements based on user insights
- Lead engagement with physicians to uncover pain points and opportunities
- Oversee product launches and ensure market readiness
- Analyze metrics to continuously improve product offerings
- 7+ years in Product Management, with SaaS or healthtech experience
- Proven expertise driving activation, retention, and conversion
- Skills in Product-Led Growth tactics and analytics
- Experience in leveraging AI for product enhancements
- Ability to articulate detailed product requirements and specifications
