Manufacturing Vice President - Plastics Sector

Drive operational strategy as Vice President of Manufacturing with a premier North American plastic packaging firm. This pivotal role leads multi-site operations to bolster business growth and service excellence.
You will take charge of three manufacturing locations, coordinating with the President to ensure each site aligns with corporate performance targets. Crafting a 36-month operations strategy, you will implement comprehensive Lean Six Sigma practices aimed at enhancing quality and productivity. Cultivating a culture rooted in safety and continuous improvement will also be central to your leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and direct operations across multiple sites
• Collaborate on long-term strategic planning for production
• Implement Lean methodologies for efficiency gains
• Ensure compliance with stringent quality standards
• Streamline supply chain logistics for optimized costs
Requirements:
• Minimum of 10 years in manufacturing, with at least 3 years in multi-site leadership
• Solid experience in plant quality and operations
• Skilled in managing capital investments and automation processes
• Familiarity with performance management systems
• Willingness to travel 40-60% within North America
