Hospitality Events Sales Manager

Lead hospitality events, sales targets, and banquet teams as an Events Manager within one of Canada’s fastest growing hospitality groups.This Events Manager directs event operations and supports location success. You will work with chefs, restaurant leaders, the General Manager, Director of Events, and hotel division. The position includes team development, standards, client service, and event administration.Key Responsibilities:
Direct and control facility events according to company standardsLead, train, and mentor the banquet teamAchieve sales targets through event developmentManage client service, quotes, and accountsPlan inventory, labor, scheduling, and event quality assuranceRequirements:
Experience organizing events within hospitality operationsAbility to uphold company policies and proceduresCapability to manage customer service and event accountsSkill in scheduling, inventory planning, and labor controlAbility to support culinary excellence with chefsBring event execution, sales leadership, client management, and banquet development skills to this hospitality Events Manager position.
