Customer Service Representative - Vehicle Rentals

Help every trip get off to a great start

We’re looking for a friendly, organized Rental CSR who enjoys helping people and can keep things running smoothly when the counter gets busy. You’ll welcome customers, help them choose the right vehicle, complete rental paperwork, and make sure they know what to expect before they hit the road.

Some days bring a steady stream of reservations; others bring last-minute changes and unexpected questions. You’ll be ready to roll with it, keep a cool head, and make each customer feel looked after.

What you’ll do

• Welcome customers: Greet rental guests, answer questions, and make pickup and return feel easy.
• Set up each rental: Review reservations, explain rental terms, prepare agreements, and process payments.
• Find the right ride: Help customers choose a vehicle that fits their plans and explain available options.
• Make a smooth handoff: Coordinate with the wash bay and fleet team so vehicles are ready when customers need them.
• Keep customers in the loop: Handle changes, extensions, and concerns with clear, friendly communication.
• Stay organized: Keep reservation details, customer records, and rental paperwork accurate and up to date.
• Support the team: Help coordinate vehicle availability and pitch in with other daily rental tasks as needed.
• Look after safety and service: Follow company procedures and help ensure customers understand the vehicle before departure.

What you’ll bring

• A welcoming, helpful approach and confidence talking with all kinds of people.
• Strong organization and attention to detail, especially when handling agreements and payments.
• The ability to stay calm, flexible, and friendly when plans change or the counter gets busy.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort using computers and learning reservation systems.
• A valid driver’s licence and clean driving record.
• Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, or rental experience is an asset.
