This incentive program rewards safety, corporate profitability, and achieving department oriented goals.What will you do?We are looking for a dedicated, hardworking, and experienced individual to supervise the Night Shift. The essential functions of the job include:Supervise the production floor and ensure production schedules are metEnsure production employees are following all safety policies and proceduresMonitor and balance production flowDelegate and adjust workloads to ensure requirements are metConduct testing and interviews and recommend new hiresTrain new employees in proper safety and work proceduresEvaluate and complete formal performance appraisals for production employeesPerform discipline procedures when neededMake promotion/demotion/discharge recommendations and decisionsOther duties as assignedSchulte Industries has a 10-hour/4-day work week and this role will work Monday to Thursday from 5:30 PM to 4:00 AM.What do you need to succeed?High school diplomaPost-secondary Education in Manufacturing or Agricultural and/or Trade Certificate3+ years experience working in a manufacturing environment3-5 years of Supervisory experience2-4 years working experience of welding techniques, and a working knowledge of paint and assembly proceduresForklift certificationLeadership trainingHow to Apply: Once you click on the Apply for this Position button you will be taken to a page where you will have two ways to apply.
