IMMIGRATION CASE WORKER(ADMIN ASSISTANT)

Job Responsibility:

• Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling meetings, answering phones, and handling correspondence.
• Organize and maintain office files, both physical and digital, ensuring that documents are easily accessible and securely stored.
• Handle office supplies, including ordering and inventory management.
• Greet clients and visitors, and assist with their inquiries or direct them to the appropriate staff member.
• Schedule client appointments and manage the calendar for case workers and other staff members.
• Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
• Ensure that all client-related documentation is correctly filed and updated.
• Draft and send internal and external communications, including emails and letters.
• Assist case workers with administrative tasks, such as preparing documentation and managing case files.
• Help with tracking deadlines and follow-ups related to client cases.
• Social Media Content Creating and Managing account(preferred)

• Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
• Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
