Job Responsibility:
Company Description Join the First Luxury Collection Hotel in Canada, Role Description This is a full-time Sales Manager role at Bisha, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Toronto. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing and leading the sales team, identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with current clients, and achieving sales targets. Other responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with other departments to ensure the hotel's goals are achieved. This role is based in Toronto, ON, with some work from home flexibility. Qualifications - Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies and leading a sales team
- Skills in identifying new business opportunities and maintaining client relationships
- Strong market research and report preparation abilities
- Proficiency in sales and marketing tools and software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Hotel Management, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage
