Inside Sales Representative

In this role you will deliver exceptional service to customers with new/used ag & turf sales, & work towards becoming a Territory Manager. In one of Canadas top John Deere dealer organizations you will deliver quality work in a friendly and collaborative environment that encourages learning & growth.

Responsibilities
-Sales of new/used machinery (Lawn & Garden, Compact Tractors etc.) to walk-in customers
-Participate in sales activities (cold calling, follow ups, quotes etc)
-Assist Territory Managers with paperwork & inventory processes
-Maintain product/finance knowledge of all equipment, parts, services available
-Displays & merchandising of equipment
-Equipment demos & promos
-Participate in training to develop skills & knowledge

Requirements
-Exceptional customer & communication skills
-1+ yrs of retail sales experience
-Knowledge of ag/turf equipment & farming practices preferred
-Ability to use computer systems & internet functions
-Independent travel, valid drivers licence
-Ability to work flexible hours/shifts, weekends & holidays
-Ability to analyze/interpret basic reports
-High School Diploma/equivalent work experience
