This role partners across business and People & Places (PPL) teams to diagnose organizational needs, define effective operating models, and deliver solutions that improve organizational health, agility, and performance. Each Senior OE Consultant aligns to a specific organization or function at Autodesk and is part of the broader Organization Effectiveness center of excellence, bringing expertise in organization design, transformation, workforce planning, org health, and human + AI work design to Autodesk. - Collaborate across the OE Center of Excellence (Workforce Planning and M&A) and other People & Places teams to ensure cohesive solutions that address business needs
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and to their People Business Partners, helping to clarify priorities, align leadership teams, and strengthen decision‑making and accountability structures
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners to bring in relevant benchmarks, insights, and capabilities
- Contribute to the growth and maturity of the OE discipline at Autodesk by codifying learnings, refining shared tools and playbooks, and improving methodologies, tools, and practices for scale
