As Vice President of Business Process Transformation & Analytics, you will lead initiatives that modernize and streamline banking processes. With your extensive experience, you will identify risks, implement data-driven solutions, and ensure robust governance practices. This role requires a strategic thinker who thrives on collaboration and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct business process transformation projects
• Evaluate current processes for risk and inefficiencies
• Create and implement sustainable operating models
• Manage the transformation of EUC/EUCC processes
• Improve analytics and reporting through Power BI
Requirements:
• 7+ years in related transformation roles
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience
• Strong proficiency in process engineering methods
• Knowledge of data governance and QA practices
• Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities
Drive meaningful change in banking processes and analytics at MUFG Bank Canada.
