Become a key point of contact as a Reception/Administrative professional in Cambridge on a one-month contract. This role requires prior experience and offers potential for extension. Our client in Cambridge seeks an experienced Receptionist/Admin to support their construction business. You will greet visitors, answer phones, and provide vital administrative assistance. This position operates Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with a pay rate of $22.00/hour. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors warmly and professionally
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Provide administrative support to the team
- Maintain organized filing and data entry
- Assist with Microsoft Office tasks, mainly Word and Excel
- Previous experience in administrative or reception roles
- Strong verbal communication in fluent English
- Good phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to learn new software quickly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
