Create, review, and refine contract negotiation playbooks based on diverse real-world scenarios and company requirements.Draft, analyze, and annotate a range of commercial agreements, ensuring clarity, precision, and compliance with relevant standards.Provide expert commentary on best practices for contract management and negotiation strategies.Curate and supply non-confidential, eligible transaction materials in support of the project s documentation objectives.Evaluate and optimize existing contract templates, identifying areas to improve efficiency and risk mitigation.Collaborate with micro1 s team to ensure materials meet project guidelines and AI-training needs.Deliver high-quality written and verbal feedback to enhance system understanding and output.Requirements
Current or prior experience as a General Counsel, Deputy General Counsel, or Assistant General Counsel with a strong focus on contract negotiation playbooks.Demonstrated expertise in commercial contract drafting, negotiation, and management within corporate environments.Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with attention to detail and clarity.Knowledge of industry-standard practices for contract review and risk assessment.Experience developing or utilizing contract negotiation playbooks specifically designed for companies.Familiarity with document-driven project assignments, including sourcing and submitting eligible materials.Ability to work independently and deliver concise, actionable insights for AI training purposes.
