Senior Manager Transaction Tax Services

Lead transaction tax advisory at BDO through tax due diligence, structuring, and modelling in a blended work environment.As Senior Manager, you will support buy-side and sell-side transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, and reorganizations. Your work will address complex tax issues, Canadian and international private equity funds, sale purchase agreements, and post-closing matters. You will guide client engagements and technical deliverables.Key Responsibilities:
Lead buy-side and sell-side tax due diligence engagementsDesign tax-efficient structures for acquisitions and reorganizationsAnalyze tax issues and prepare technical client deliverablesManage, mentor, and develop engagement team membersSupport private equity business development initiativesRequirements:
Completed CPA designation or LLBCompleted Master of Taxation or CPA Canada In-depth Tax programAt least six years of professional services experience specializing in TaxExperience with M&A transactions and client expectation managementStrong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and leadership skillsApply transaction tax, private equity, and leadership expertise as Senior Manager supporting BDO clients and teams.
