Director of SMB Growth Marketing

Lead Xe’s SMB growth engine through ABM, digital sales, and funnel optimization while building scalable acquisition and lifecycle systems.
As Director of SMB Growth Marketing, you will own customer acquisition, activation, retention, upsell, and revenue growth. You will combine inbound demand generation, personalized outbound workflows, intent data, and modern go-to-market technology. The role partners with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Analytics teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead SMB digital growth strategy through ABM and inbound sales
- Optimize lead flows from campaigns through first transaction
- Build personalized workflows using modern GTM tools
- Track acquisition, activation, churn, NPS, and ROI
- Improve onboarding and reduce friction for SMB customers
Requirements:
- Five to eight-plus years in B2B growth or GTM
- Two-plus years managing digital sales teams
- Experience scaling inbound lead generation and sales funnels
- Proven ABM and targeted outbound strategy experience
- Analytical skills measuring CAC, LTV, activation, and retention
