National Practice Leader, High Net Worth Insurance

Lead the High Net Worth Personal Insurance Practice at Purves Redmond Limited as a National Practice Leader. This vital role emphasizes strategic growth, profitability, and team leadership in a remote capacity. As an experienced insurance leader, you will drive national expansion of the Private Client Insurance Practice. Your responsibilities will include developing sales strategies, managing financial performance, and fostering relationships with High-Net-Worth clients and insurance carriers. Collaborate closely with Commercial Producers and Client Executives to identify key growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop national strategic plan for Private Client Insurance Practice
- Drive client acquisition and retention strategies for profitability
- Manage financial performance, including budgeting and revenue forecasting
- Establish relationships with High-Net-Worth insurance carriers
- Lead client meetings and presentations to identify opportunities
- 10+ years of leadership experience in Personal Insurance
- RIBO licensed or relevant industry designation
- Proven business development and relationship management skills
- Experience with Applied EPIC BMS is an asset
- Strong coaching and talent development capabilities
