Job Responsibility:
Our growing dental office is in need of a caring, professional and efficient Certified Dental Assistant or CDA who is interested in both assisting & learning dental reception. Ideal candidate will have great communication skills and a positive attitude to complement our friendly family practice. Responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to answering telephone, greeting patients, sterilization of instruments, dental charting, clinical assisting, treatment planning, caring for patients, taking radiographs, learning to handle dental insurances, A/R, booking, confirming and billing patients (training provided). He/she must be professional and detail oriented. Must be ready to take on any challenges as they come. Applicants not looking for a long term career need not apply. This position is full time Monday to Thursday from 8:30-5:30pm and 2 Fridays per month. Our office is not a corp, we have two family Dentists one full time with 23 years of experience, one part time with 35 years of experience (Dr. Mo & Dr. Protzer), we also have an awesome team that are friendly, caring and strive to provide excellent dental care for our patients. We do provide paid tuition for distance education for the right candidate. We are adding to our team for a maternity leave position but the position is permanent as we do require to grow our team due to increase in patient base and our addition of Dr. Mo.
