Mechanical General Labor

Job Responsibility:

As a Mechanical General Laborer, you will be responsible for performing a variety of general labor tasks to support the operations of the company. This may include loading and unloading materials, operating tools, cleaning work areas, and following safety protocols. We are looking for individuals who are physically fit, have basic knowledge of tools, and are willing to work hard as part of a team. If you are reliable, have good communication skills, and can follow instructions, we would love to hear from you. Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electronic equipment..
• Assisting the mechanical engineer with mechanical design and maintenance tasks.
• Installing and performing diagnostic tests on mechanical systems.
• Implementing mechanical maintenance plans to prevent costly equipment breakdowns.
• Troubleshooting mechanical malfunctions and breakdowns, as well as performing repairs.
• Documenting processes and maintaining mechanical service records.
• Monitoring the availability of parts and replenishing supplies.
• Optimizing mechanical efficiency by adjusting machinery and equipment settings.

Skills:

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 12 per week

Experience:

• Canadian Driving: 3 years (required)
• Mechanical: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

• Class 5 Licence (required)

Willingness to travel:

• 75% (required)
