Job Responsibility:
## Job OverviewOur growing team is looking for an all-star to help with our administrative, marketing and human resources efforts. You'll get the chance to grow many new skills, and with this role being mainly autonomous, you have full freedom on when to work and whether to work from home or come in.
## Responsibilities- Tracking business receipts and expenses- Client setup and followup calls- Placing lawn signs and other physical advertising before/after a project is completed- Helping design marketing and website materials using drag-and-drop builders such as Canva, Wix, etc.- Creating promotional video material using CapCut, Instagram, Tiktok, etc.- Sourcing leads through Nextdoor & Facebook Groups- Building client estimates- Assisting with other physical & digital marketing efforts- And more! As you can see, you'll learn a lot in this role
## Requirements & Experience- No experience required, we hire based on attitude and train the skills necessary- Being tech savvy is a must- Experience with social media marketing, photo and video editing, web design, marketing & sales, bookkeeping, Google Drive, iCloud Drive, are all considered valuable- Occasional access to a shared/personal vehicle is valuable to help you complete some tasks assigned, such as placing lawn signs after a project is complete (gas will be compensated)- Able to occasionally commute to Scarborough, Pickering, Ajax, and surrounding regions
Job Types: Part-time, SeasonalContract length: 10 months
Pay: $17.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week
