Lead SaaS sales growth remotely from Canada or the United States using coaching, forecasting, and disciplined pipeline management. Build a team that consistently delivers strong results.
Xello seeks a proven Sales Manager to lead education sales consultants. You will develop purposeful prospecting, customer relationships, deal management, and accurate forecasting. The role combines hands-on coaching with ownership of revenue targets and team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop education sales consultants toward revenue targets
- Coach discovery, demonstrations, negotiation, and deal control
- Review calls and conduct weekly one-on-one meetings
- Reinforce Salesforce, Gong, pipeline, and forecasting practices
- Coordinate territories and customer engagement cross-functionally
Requirements:
- Three or more years managing a sales team
- SaaS sales experience is ideally preferred
- Strong prospecting, discovery, demonstration, and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication, organization, and prioritization abilities
- EdTech or K–12 education sales experience is an asset
