Job Title: Full-Time Dental Receptionist
Location: West Coast Dental @ Paramount (Newly Opened Secondary Location) Schedule: Monday to Thursday & Saturday

Our team is dedicated to providing top-notch service and building lasting relationships with our patients. We are currently looking for a friendly, organized, and reliable Dental Receptionist to join our brand new office .
Position Summary: As the first point of contact for our patients, the Dental Receptionist plays a vital role in creating a positive experience. This full-time position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for helping others.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
- Verify insurance information and process billing
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality
- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth clinic operations
- Handle payments and issue receipts
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in a similar administrative role (preferred)
- Proficient in English ; Cantonese and Mandarin strongly preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Professional appearance and a team-oriented attitude
- Ability to work Monday through Thursday and Saturdays consistently
