Join Prospect 33 as a Generative AI Lead in New York or Toronto, driving end-to-end AI architecture and innovative solutions. This in-house leadership role focuses on enhancing investment research and trading through advanced AI technology. As a core member of the Data, AI & Research Technology practice, you will lead development initiatives for sophisticated financial institutions. You will leverage your expertise in AI and machine learning, overseeing AI/ML pipelines and driving initiatives involving generative AI systems and models. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead design and productionization of AI systems
• Architect and manage AI/ML pipelines from ingestion to inference
• Drive initiatives for LLM-based systems and agent frameworks
• Optimize Spark and Databricks workloads for performance
• Mentor data scientists and serve as a tech representative Requirements:
• PhD in Computer Science or related field
• Expert in Python, SQL, and ML frameworks
• Strong knowledge of algorithms and distributed systems
• Proven experience in production-grade AI systems
• Solid foundation in statistical modeling and machine learning Shape the future of generative AI in financial sectors with Prospect 33.
