Join JDI IT as Manager, ERP Solutions, leading the functional application suite that supports multiple functions across the J.D. Irving, Limited businesses on our ERP ecosystem. Reporting to the Director, ERP Solutions, you will lead the team responsible for delivering reliable application services, advancing our ERP roadmap, and improving how our businesses operate.

This role combines people leadership, business partnership, and application delivery. You will balance day-to-day operational priorities with longer-term improvements, build relationships with business and IT leaders, and influence decisions across the enterprise. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of ERP application specialists, analysts, and technologists, building capability, accountability, and collaboration.
• Drive the support, delivery, and optimization of applications supporting critical functions, aligning solutions with business processes and priorities.
• Build trusted relationships with business leaders and subject matter experts across operating companies, translating business needs into practical application solutions and measurable improvements.
• Lead execution of the ERP platform roadmap within your portfolio, balancing service reliability, business optimization, and longer-term platform evolution.
• Manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, multi-business environment, making clear decisions about resources, timelines, risks, and business value.
• Plan and execute budgets, team capacity, and initiative delivery to support efficient, cost-effective outcomes.
• Deliver integrated solutions that follow enterprise standards and best practices in partnership with technology teams, enterprise architects, and external vendors.
• Drive application service performance, incident resolution, and risk mitigation to support platform availability, security, and a positive end-user experience.
• Champion process and data-driven improvements that simplify work, strengthen adoption, and improve operational effectiveness.
• Lead strategic communication with senior leadership and business partners regarding priorities, progress, risks, and the value of ERP investments.

QUALIFICATIONS

• University degree or college diploma in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in ERP applications, business systems, or information technology within a complex enterprise environment.
• 2+ years of leadership experience, including people leadership, coaching, mentoring, and workload prioritization.
• Experience supporting or improving operations and supply chain business processes through enterprise applications.
• Strong relationship-building skills, with experience partnering with business leaders, cross-functional teams, and external vendors.
• Experience managing budgets, resources, projects, and operational priorities, with a focus on service quality and business outcomes.
• Understanding of how application configuration, integrations, data, security, and platform management work together to support reliable business solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts and present recommendations clearly.
• A process and data-driven approach, with a passion for technology, continuous improvement, and leading change.
• Experience with ERP platforms such as JD Edwards is an asset.
• Experience in project or service management; ITIL 4 Foundation certification is an asset.
