Restaurant Manager Mega Bazaar Location 201-203 Backmarsh Road St. John's, NL Salary 18.00 hourly / 30 to 40 hours per week Full time Day, Evening, Weekend, On call, Flexible hours Starts as soon as possible Benefits: Other benefits Languages English Education College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years Experience 3 years to less than 5 years Work must be completed at the physical Location. There is no option to work remotely. Responsibilities: Evaluate daily operations Monitor revenues to determine labour cost Monitor staff performance Plan and organize daily operations Recruit staff Set staff work schedules Supervise staff Train staff Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures Organize and maintain inventory Ensure health and safety regulations are followed Address customers' complaints or concerns Provide customer service Additional information Work conditions and physical capabilities Fast-paced environment Work under pressure Repetitive Attention to detail Personal suitability Accurate Client focus Dependability Efficient interpersonal skills Excellent oral communication Excellent written communication Flexibility Organized Reliability Team player Ability to multitask Benefits Other benefits Free parking available Other benefits Until: 2026-06-08
