Customer Success Implementation Manager

Lead customer implementations at Flipp using project management, technical knowledge, and clear communication in a remote-first environment. Guide solutions from planning through launch.
As Customer Success Implementation Manager, you will own client journeys and support internal stakeholders across product launches. You will configure solutions, manage integrations, and coordinate cross-functional teams. The work combines onboarding, strategic guidance, process improvement, and program delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead implementations from kickoff through go-live
- Configure product solutions for customer business needs
- Manage integrations, vendors, timelines, and implementation risks
- Deliver onboarding, training, and strategic customer guidance
- Coordinate stakeholders and escalate complex delivery issues
Requirements:
- Five or more years in customer success, project management, or implementation
- Experience preferably within Ad-Tech or SaaS
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Experience with Salesforce, Gainsight, Asana, or Jira
