What you’ll do:
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Energy, the Gas Bar Manager provides leadership to the Gas Bar team to deliver a best‑in‑class customer experience while driving operational excellence, financial performance, and safety compliance. Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Leading the Gas Bar team in delivering a consistent, high-quality customer experience
- Maintaining customer service standards by tracking, monitoring and follow‑up of customer comments and complaints in a timely efficient manner.
- Recruiting, training, coaching, and developing Gas Bar team members, fostering a positive, engaged, and inclusive workplace
- Providing feedback to Senior Manager, Energy regarding recommendations for continued improvement of operations. Develop and administer action plans to achieve desired results of business plan.
- Participating in the development and leading the achievement of sales, gross margins, expense, and profit targets
- Using data‑driven decision‑making to align performance with departmental and organizational strategy
- Troubleshooting operational issues and coordinating with vendors for maintenance and repairs
- Ensuring strong merchandising execution, including ordering, inventory control, pricing accuracy, and product rotation
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and site presentation
- Leading health, safety, and asset protection initiatives, ensuring compliance with safety/environmental regulations
- Supporting incident investigations and ensure due diligence documentation
- Collaborating with Senior Manager, Energy to support marketing, promotional, and operational programs
