Job Responsibility:

Are you highly organized, friendly, and love keeping everything on track behind the scenes? Flaman is looking for an Administrator (Temporary, Maternity Leave) who's passionate about customer service, teamwork, and attention to detail.

What You'll Do:

  • Keep things moving with accurate data entry, invoicing, and filing

  • Prepare and submit daily bank deposits

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail

  • Maintain clean inventory records - codes, descriptions, quantities, pricing

  • Assist with accounts receivable and payables

  • Deliver excellent service to customers and support the internal team

  • Handle administrative duties with professionalism and a positive attitude
