Human Resources Business Partner - Eurofins Environment Testing Western Canada, Inc.

Eurofins seeks an HR Business Partner to support environmental laboratory operations across Alberta and British Columbia. This generalist role involves advising managers on employee relations, talent development, compliance, and organizational initiatives while maintaining on-site presence across multiple locations.
Responsibilities
- Coach managers on employee relations, performance management, talent development and organizational effectiveness
- Support recruitment, selection, onboarding, retention and learning and development initiatives
- Guide managers through employee relations issues, workplace investigations and accommodations
- Support compensation, benefits, recognition programs and salary review processes
- Partner with Health and Safety to promote safe, respectful workplace and manage disability accommodations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Industrial Relations, or equivalent education and experience
- 3–5 years progressive HR experience in multi-site, laboratory, scientific, or professional services settings
- Working knowledge of employment legislation and HR compliance in Alberta and British Columbia
- Strong communication, relationship-building, analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and comfort with HR systems, data and reporting tools
- Ability to travel regularly to sites and support teams across multiple locations
