Debt Capital Markets Counsel: High-Yield & Cross-Border

A leading law firm in Toronto seeks an experienced Debt Capital Markets Counsel to focus on bond issuances and covenant structuring. Ideal candidates will have over 5 years of experience in debt capital markets and a Juris Doctor (JD) degree, along with a strong understanding of Canadian securities law and SEC regulations. Responsibilities include drafting bond offering documents and collaborating with various stakeholders in capital-raising transactions.
