Une journée dans la vie d’un(e) barista Starbucks: Travailler comme barista Starbucks est une occasion d’offrir un service personnalisé à nos clients. Devenez serveur dans l’un de nos cafés sur place. Vous aurez l’occasion de devenir un expert du café et du thé et de perfectionner vos compétences en service à la clientèle dans un environnement dynamique, convivial et au rythme rapide.

- Aucune expérience préalable requise
Principales responsabilités
- Respecter les procédures, les normes et les politiques de l’entreprise dans toutes les situations
- Accueillir les clients de façon polie et amicale
- Offrir un service à la clientèle de qualité supérieure, conformément aux programmes de Safeway
- Traiter les paiements aux caisses en espèces ou par chèque, carte de crédit, carte-cadeau ou carte de débit
- Préparer les boissons chaudes et froides, y compris les boissons spéciales
- Entreposer et commander les produits
- Effectuer des tâches de nettoyage léger, au besoin

- Travaille de manière sécuritaire et responsable
- Disponibilité pour travailler selon un horaire variable
- Disponibilité en soirée et la fin de semaine fortement encouragée
- Disponibilité à tout moment le dimanche (en Alberta seulement)
- Exigences physiques (Très rare: pas chaque jour, Rare: de 0 à 5% du quart, Occasionnel: de 6 à 33% du quart, Fréquent: de 34 à 66% du quart, Constant: de 66 à 100% du quart)
- Soulever occasionnellement jusqu’à 45livres
- Nécessité constante d’une coordination manuelle et d’agripper des articles
- Utilisation fréquente de l’ordinateur et du système de point de vente
- Se tenir debout et se pencher fréquemment
- Marcher et s’accroupir à l’occasion
