Join Our Team as an Accounts Receivable and Payroll Administrator! Are you passionate for numbers and have a knack for Excel? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working with various software programs? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! As an Accounts Receivable and Payroll Administrator at our multi-site integrated design and construction management firm, you will play a critical role in managing accounts receivable and assisting with payroll processing. Your responsibilities will include generating accurate client invoices, reconciling accounts, and ensuring timely payroll processing. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to support our firm's financial health. - You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working closely with Project Managers and other internal stakeholders
- You are detail-oriented, have strong analytical skills, and are committed to accuracy
Key Responsibilities: - Generate and distribute client invoices accurately and on time
- Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure accurate invoicing
- Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries related to billing and accounts receivable
- Assist in processing bi-weekly and weekly payroll
- Maintain accurate employee payroll records
Qualifications: - Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 1 year of payroll processing experience
- Working towards PCP or PLP certification is an asset
- 3-5 years of accounts receivable experience in a professional environment
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (Vision, Vista, etc.), MS Excel, and payroll service software
