Toronto Business Analyst and Content Strategist

- Collaborate with teams to gather and refine requirements
- Define governance and manage content frameworks
- Analyze processes to recommend efficiency improvements
- Manage the creation and publishing of digital content
- Act as a liaison between various teams for alignment
- Solid background as a Business Analyst or Content Lead
- Knowledge of management systems like WordPress or Acquia
- Excellent documentation and analytical skills
- Proficiency in SEO and digital analytics
- Proven stakeholder management and leadership skills
